Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026
First Pentecostal Church of Boise uses this website, fpcboise.church, to share church information, sermons, events and ways to connect. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the website, contact us or request a Bible study.
Information you provide
The Connect form asks for your name, email address and message. The Bible Study form also asks for your phone number and preferred language, with choices including English, Spanish and American Sign Language.
You choose what to include in your message. Please provide only information needed for your request. Do not send payment card details, passwords, identification documents or sensitive information about another person through these forms. A message about a Bible study or church activity may reveal information about your religious interests or beliefs.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to your message, arrange a requested Bible study and communicate with you about your inquiry. Form submissions may be stored so the people handling your request can follow up and keep a record of the conversation.
While you fill in a form, a temporary draft may be kept in your browser tab's session storage to help protect an unsent message if the page reloads. If a submission cannot be confirmed, its message and receipt key remain available in that browser session so you can retry without accidentally creating a duplicate. The website removes the confirmed message's draft and receipt data after confirmation. Browser settings or closing or clearing the session may prevent draft recovery.
Technical information, such as an IP address, browser information, the page visited and the time of a request, may be processed to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems and protect forms against spam and misuse.
Who may receive information
Information from your inquiry may be available to the people responsible for responding on behalf of the church. Website hosting, storage, security and email service providers may also process information while providing those services. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse or a security incident.
Cookies and optional services
Necessary website and security functions may use cookies or similar browser storage. Optional services, such as an embedded Google Map or analytics, can make requests to their providers and may use cookies or other identifiers.
The website's cookie controls let you choose Accept all, Refuse optional or Select optional. Optional services remain off unless you allow their purpose. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw a choice. Refusing optional services does not prevent you from reading church information or using the contact and Bible Study forms.
If you choose to load Google services or follow a Google Maps link, Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Donations and other external links
The Give page links to Tithe.ly. When you follow that link, you leave this website and use Tithe.ly's donation service. Information entered there, including payment details, is handled through that service under its own terms and privacy policy. Our contact and Bible Study forms do not request payment card or bank account details.
Sermons and other pages may also link to media or services hosted elsewhere. Those providers have their own privacy practices, which you should review before using their services.
Keeping and protecting information
Inquiry information is kept for the time reasonably needed to respond, manage related church communications and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Information in recovery backups may remain until those backups are replaced or removed. You can contact the church to ask about a particular record or request its deletion.
Access restrictions and technical safeguards help protect information. No website, email service or method of electronic storage can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit a form and contact the church by phone instead. You may also ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up about an inquiry. We may need to verify that a request concerns your information and consider any recordkeeping obligations before acting.
If you are a parent or guardian concerned that a child has provided personal information through this website, contact the church so the concern can be reviewed.

Changes to this policy
